My Story
My journey into the world of travel and cultural exploration began with my academic background in Indonesian Language, which I studied at university. This unique specialization opened the door to my first professional experience in Jakarta, Indonesia, where I worked for half a year immediately after graduation. Living and working in Jakarta was an incredible opportunity to immerse myself in the local culture, language, and traditions, and it ignited my passion for discovering new places and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
However, my curiosity and desire to see more of the world didn't stop there. I wanted to broaden my horizons and challenge myself in new environments, which led me to join the Highlights Travel Family. Since then, I've had the privilege of working as a Trip Advisor and then a Customer Relation Specialist, focusing on customer relations and maintenance.
