My recent trip to Chiang Mai was nothing short of magical, and our tour guide played a huge part in making it so memorable. From the moment we met, Sirin welcomed us with warm hospitality and an infectious passion for sharing the beauty, history, and culture of northern Thailand.

Alisa did a wonderful job! She was very detail oriented, extremely responsive and answered my questions very promptly. She incorporated all of the places we wanted to visit and was able to book hotels, airline tickets and special event tickets (to the Chiang Mai CAD Khomloy Sky Lantern Festival which was sold out when I tried booking on my own.) Alisa was great to work with and I recommend that others use her for their trip planning.

Ying was our guide in Bangkok. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She knew exactly how to move us through crowds quickly so that we could see all we wanted to say and made good recommendations for other things we were interested in. I would not hesitate to recommend Ying or anyone that helped us at Asia highlights

Miss Tanny, our guide in Bangkok, was personable and very patient. She kept us informed of the day's activities and kept us entertained with her sense of humor. Miss Lisa, our Phuket guide, was very polite and soft spoken. The young people in our group relate well with her.

We met our guide BANG at the airport for a very brief Bangkok stay as part of our overall SEA trip. He went out of his way to make the trip enjoyable and informational. 10/10!

Sharon was very patient with me with all my numerous questions and she was very responsive to me and my guests needs! Some of my guests actually contacted her directly & she assisted.

Jimmy planned an amazing trip to Vietnam and Thailand. He was very easy to communicate with and changed the itinerary for us exactly as we requested. All of the accommodations were amazing as well as the tour guides. Overall, I would highly recommend Jimmy and Asia Highlights!

One of the best things about travel is meeting wonderful people. The best thing about Asian highlights are the local guides (and don’t forget the essential drivers like Krung!) all pulled together by our crucial coordinator Jimmy who put together the trip we wanted and helped us during our trip. They make it so easy to travel abroad.

Alisa our agent was extremely helpful and responsive. Everything on our trip went smoothly and as planned. It was so nice to have someone meet us at each City. Hotels were great and travel guides were extremely friendly and knowledgeable

My family of five has an upcoming Southeast Asia trip through Asia highlights. Our planning consultant is Leon Long, and let me tell you, we have not been easy customers.

Kaya was great in discussing our potential trip - very responsive with good ideas. In the end, we changed our plans for our own reasons, but I can see that Asia Highlights has an attractive service that we hope to use in future.

Guide in Cambodia Mr Borin was excellent and he was so considerate that he even had fresh fruit for us. Made us feel special. A special shout out to him and his driver who made our trip memorable.

We had an excellent time in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand on our trip organized by Asia Highlights. Without their excellent guides and itinerary we would not have been able to experience everything we had in less than 2 weeks. All of the guides and drivers were incredibly helpful and considerate of our needs. Thank you Borin (Cambodia), Mui (Bangkok), Lee (Bangkok), Tip (Pattaya), Abe and other staff for coordinating an awesome vacation for us!!

We loved our experience in Bangkok with our guide Ying. She made everything easy to understand and enjoyable. She guided us through crowded areas with ease and always provided a detailed description of the sights. She also took pictures for us and sent them at the end of every day. We had an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend Ying! You won’t be disappointed!

My sister and I had a fabulous 3 days with Ying in Bangkok. She was informative, fun and took dozens of pictures of us that we never would have had for memories without her! It was wonderful. Thank you Ying!

Our travel planner Albee Ning is excellent and we love the varied itineraries she include in our trips. Likewise, we like all the accommodations and all our local guides and drivers.

On our tour with Asia Highlights we had a one night/half day stopover in Bangkok. Our tour guide Ying and driver met us at the airport with a big smile. In spite of the heat 98 degrees, our Highlights tour was great! Ying was also there to help us out after our flight was cancelled. I highly recommend Asia Highlights when looking at your next trip.

Kaya at Asia Highlights helped make our honeymoon in Thailand the perfect trip. It was truly the best balance between structured and unstructured time abroad. They cater their services to exactly what you're looking for. Also, their responsiveness is uncanny. Kaya at Asia Highlights in particular deserves special mention. She out our trip together for us, put up with us, and was always available for any hiccups during the trip. We plan to use their excellent services again for our next trip to Asia. Highly recommended, and ask for Kaya!

In Bangkok, our guide Ann and driver "Mr. Ot" (I don't know how to spell his name) were very friendly and professional. You simply can't underestimate the value of having an English speaking guide to show you around, and a driver with a comfortable, sizeable, air-conditioned van take you from place to place. Ann taught us so much about Thailand's history, food, and religion. Mr. Ot always opened our door with a smile, and had cool towels and ice-cold bottled water for us.

We just settled on our itinerary to cover India, Bhutan, Nepal and Thailand in 24 days- February 2025. Coco was knowledgeable and very helpful. Looking forward to it!

When we arrived in Bangkok, me and my party of seven were greeted by Ms Ying, who was excellent and very good at her job. Everyday she let us know what to expect that day and at the end of the day she let us know what we would be doing the following day. Ms.Ying was on time everyday and ensured that my party and I were taking care of.

Alisa was a great listener to all the things we wanted to incorporate into our trip. We discussed everything throughly, and when I had questions, she had answers the next day. I really appreciate her responsiveness and detail with me. I feel like we are in the best hands with Alisa and Asia Highlights.

I called Albee for a minor issue and she responded immediately and took care of the situation. Her professionalism was amazing.
