Sirin is the BEST!
My recent trip to Chiang Mai was nothing short of magical, and our tour guide played a huge part in making it so memorable. From the moment we met, Sirin welcomed us with warm hospitality and an infectious passion for sharing the beauty, history, and culture of northern Thailand. More

Excellent Trip Planning by Alisa Liu at Asia Highlights
Alisa did a wonderful job! She was very detail oriented, extremely responsive and answered my questions very promptly. She incorporated all of the places we wanted to visit and was able to book hotels, airline tickets and special event tickets (to the Chiang Mai CAD Khomloy Sky Lantern Festival which was sold out when I tried booking on my own.) Alisa was great to work with and I recommend that others use her for their trip planning. More

Excellent experience in Bangkok
Ying was our guide in Bangkok. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She knew exactly how to move us through crowds quickly so that we could see all we wanted to say and made good recommendations for other things we were interested in. I would not hesitate to recommend Ying or anyone that helped us at Asia highlights More

Suggested Itinerary for Inspiration
Normally the full-day guided tour starts from 9 am and ends around 5 pm. Your preferences design the real journey. The days, stops, and travel pace can be adjusted. We're ready to create a unique Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam trip for you.
Our chauffeur-guide will meet you at the arrivals hall and take you to your hotel in Negombo.
After check-in, enjoy the rest of the day at the hotel relaxing and decompressing from your long flight.
- Start your day from Jami Ul-Alfar Mosque (Red Mosque), a striking architectural gem. Appreciate the stunning visuals, and learn about the mosque's cultural and historical importance.
- Visit Gangaramaya (Vihara) Buddhist Temple, which is a prominent religious and cultural center in Colombo.
- Walk around Independence Square, and learn how Sri Lanka got its independence from the British Empire.
- Spend your afternoon in Colombo National Museum. The largest and oldest museum in Sri Lanka, it houses an extensive collection of artifacts that showcase the rich cultural and historical heritage of Sri Lanka.
- In the morning, proceed to Dambulla.
- On the way climb the 5th-century Sigiriya Rock Fortress, which is a World Heritage site. The base of the rock is surrounded by a moat, rampart, and extensive gardens, including mesmerizing mid-water gardens.
- Continue your exploration in the quaint rural village of Kayanwala Pahala Wewa. Choose to walk or take a bullock cart to a picturesque lake in the village, and end the tour with a tuk-tuk or tractor ride back to the starting point.
- Explore magnificent Buddha images and rock paintings in Dambulla Cave. It was there that king Valagambahu took refuge from invasions in the 1st century B.C., later turning the caves into a rock temple.
- Journey on to the Ancient City of Polonnaruwa in the afternoon. The medieval city was declared a World Heritage site by UNESCO due to its significance and beauty.
- You will be able to observe the habitat of cheeky monkeys during the tour. This is an interesting experience for children as they get to see these monkeys having a family time — playing, cuddling, and being cheeky.
- In the morning proceed to Kandy, "the blessed city" (approximately 3½ hours by road).
- En-route, visit Spice Garden, which is a delightful stop. For centuries spices have been one of Sri Lanka's most celebrated exports. Spices such as such as cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, pepper, and cardamom are grown in home gardens as a small-scale industry.
- Drop into a beautiful little local home built in the 1970s, where your host will teach you the art of Sri Lankan cooking and all the stories related to the food they eat.
- In the morning, visit Temple of the Tooth (named after its Buddha tooth relic). It's Sri Lanka's most sacred Buddhist shrine. We suggest attending the ceremony at 9:30 a.m., which features a spectacular procession of elephants, dancers, musicians, fire-eaters, whip-crackers, and flag-bearers.
- The National Museum is very close to Temple of the Tooth. You can see artifacts relating to Buddhism and Sri Lankan history in the museum.
- Visit Royal Botanical Garden in the afternoon. The Botanical Garden is home to an impressive variety of plant species, including rare and exotic plants from different parts of the world.
- In the evening, you can see a traditional dance performance.
- After breakfast, set off for Nuwara Eliya (approximately 3 hours away).
- On the way stop at cascading Ramboda Waterfall.
- We'll escort you to a tea plantation where the world's best Ceylon tea is produced. After learn about the process of manufacturing tea, get hands-on experience of tea picking, and don't forget to sip a cup of pure Ceylon tea in the factory before continuing to "Little England" town.
- Before checking in at the hotel, you will have a chance to visit the post office and Gregory Lake in the city of Nuwara Eliya.
Take a scenic morning train from Nuwara Eliya to Ella. Have a short visit to Nine Arch Bridge and Ravana Falls at Ella. Then your chauffeur-guide will drive you to Udawalawe.
- Start the day with a jeep safari in Udawalawe National Park early in the morning. Around 6:00 a.m. is an active time for the park's abundant wildlife, particularly elephants, making it ideal for wildlife spotting.
- Go to Galle Fort on a treasure hunting adventure in the afternoon. Children can have fun look for clues, learning about a new topic at each stop, and finishing the whole experience with a lot of new knowledge.

After 6.00 p.m., once the sky gets dark and the water is safer, baby turtles are released into the ocean.
Have fun on the beach, and maybe enjoy tube riding, jet skiing, and/or banana boating on Bentota River.
